All support services to our IT Consultants are part of an integrated service. However, our specialist Back-Office team handles a portion of our services, namely:

  • Permits for work and residence rights that are particularly important for non-EU nationals or for assignments in Switzerland.
  • The set up of payment details and, where appropriate, payroll and social security deductions are discussed in detail with the IT Consultant as part of the contractual arrangements. This ensures that the IT Consultant has full knowledge and understanding of payment systems, compliance requirements, etc. before accepting the proposed role.
  • All IT Consultants are incorporated into our Consultant Care Programme whilst on assignment, which commences with the issuing of an 'Information Pack' containing general information about living in the country of assignment and detailed information about the area in which they will be residing.
  • Part of the Consultant Care Programme includes making travel arrangements, giving advice about the removal of belongings to country of assignment, search and location of suitable accommodation, translation of tenancy agreements, insurance quotes, car rental arrangements, etc.
  • Advice on general tax matters can be provided either by phone or in writing and if appropriate we can recommend local tax advisors.
  • We will advise on a local bank account if requested to ensure that payments are fast and smoothly performed.
  • We can supply the details of local schools, should a Consultant or members of the Consultant's family wish to attend language courses. This can cover advice on all schooling needs for the Consultant's children as well as details of international schools and colleges.
